Hi! It’s finally Friday! I’ve had a busy week, and I’m ready for the weekend. I’m heading to Kansas City for my cousin’s wedding. This is the first cousin wedding, so it will be really fun to see everyone! Does anyone have any recommendations for me in KC? Today I wanted to share some things I’ve been liking these past few weeks.
Lemon water- I’ve been trying to decrease my caffeine intake and lemon water has really helped balance this. I think it has helped my digestive system a bit too!
Got my Rocky Mountain Super Pass plus in the mail! Can’t wait to use it this year! I am really excited to check out Steamboat and Crested Butte!
Breaded walleye. Now that I’m a landlocked Colorado girl, I don’t get to eat as much walleye. I forget how much I love it! Got some when I was in MN last week at Hilltop which is one of my family’s favorite restaurants.

Wow, there are so many resources for new bloggers online. There is a multitude of great sites, and I could seriously spend days updating my blog, pinterest, instagram. I could also spend a lot of money on themes, scheduling websites, etc. In the last few weeks, I’ve been looking for ways to update my website and my following. Thought I would share with you what I’ve changed:

This week’s workouts
Sunday: 15 mile bike, went to REI on this bike ride and got a new hiking backpack!!
Monday: Spin class at DU with my favorite spin instructors, Kylie, and I biked to work
Tuesday: Morning walk/run about 3 miles, biked to work and back
Wednesday: 3.33 mile run around the park as part of Pub on Pearl Pub Run. This is a really fun pub run for Denver residents!
Thursday: OrangeTheory Fitness
