Moab, Utah

A couple weeks ago, I went to Moab, Utah for a quick business trip. The trip itself was pretty chaotic, but I was able to go to two great restaurants on the way. I was also able to go to Arches National Park while I was there.

I did the Delicate Arch hike while I was there. The hike was 3 miles round trip- it was pretty easy to find the trail but it was a bit rocky and uneven . There are also two viewpoints with stairs to get to the location. I did the hike at sunrise. I would definitely recommend it, I have also heard that its beautiful at sunset.

During this work trip, I was able to stop in Grand Junction, CO. I ate at a couple great restaurants, Bin 707 and 626 on Rood. Both of these restaurants were farm-to-table and I would recommend them!

I also went to an awesome Barre class called RokBarre in Grand Junction. I really liked the class, its so different than my normal running and HIIT class workouts. I enjoy challenging my body to make small movements and seeing and feeling my legs/arms shake. It’s a different feeling. Moab, Utah

I wish I could have spent more time in Moab, and Grand Junction on this trip. I found out about a lot of places that I want to visit. I would love to hike there and rent mountain bikes. Last year, a few of my friends took a trip there and camped for a couple days. I am a bit of a hotel girl, but I love hiking and spending time outdoors.

I also want to visit Salt Lake City and Park City which are about 3-4 hours from Moab.

Are there any trips you want to take in 2017?
