Friday Faves #5

Hi everyone! It’s Friday once again! I have a couple friends visiting Denver this weekend and I can’t wait to see them tonight!! It will be really fun! Here are the faves as of late!

Greek Eggs Casserole! I made this in crockpot one more using Whitney Bond‘s recipe. It was a really great dish and its nice to have breakfast prepped in the mornings!

Spotify Playlists- I love all the acoustic playlists on here, and I find myself listening to them a lot! I love this one! It’s awesome for work.Spotify Playlists

Fireside vanilla spice tea with lemon in the mornings! I tried this tea when I did the Celestial Seasonings tour a few weeks ago! I learned so much on the tour about the company! More about it in a few weeks! I have been trying to limit my coffee intake to a couple cups a week, so thats been interesting. Lots of lemon water, and I’m getting tired so early in the evening.

Smoothies! I got a new blender from GMA steals and deals. Have you heard of GMA steals and deals? On Thursday mornings there are discounts shown on GMA. I liked to watch the show, but I hardly ever make it. Once and awhile I will google the deals, and see if there is anything I am interested in. The blender that I got came with a Personal Bottle, so I can make smoothies to go right in the blender. It’s been fun to try smoothies, I’ve been using spinach, strawberries, almond milk, plain greek yogurt, banana, avocado, and kale! Still perfecting my recipe, but I’m having fun!

Sweet Potato Green Curry Quinoa Casserole! Made this recipe from FitFoodieFinds. It was really easy to make and tasty! I changed it a little bit, and I used zucchini and a bit of kale. I forgot to use the frozen peas! I would definitely make this again, it made for a great meal a couple days later too!
