Today I want to chat with you about one of my favorite #fitlifetips, dry shampoo. I’ve been using dry shampoo for a couple years now. I remember when I used baby powder in my hair before that. I used to go about 2 days without washing my hair. With my new dry shampoo and my trusty shower cap, I’m able to go 3-4 days without washing my hair. This has been a huge time saver in getting ready and it has kept my hair relatively damage free.
I had been using a variety of dry shampoos that I found either at Nordstrom (on the B.P. counter) or at Target. They were pretty good, but after about 3 days my hair looked like it needed a wash.
I highly recommend purchasing a dry shampoo to save time getting ready. Dry shampoo gives me a little extra motivation to work out. Because who wants to do their hair every single morning?? Not this girl.

Also, I hope everyone is still enjoying March Madness. It was so much fun to watch the Badger game with friends. I definitely picked my bracket with my heart, I am so happy that the Badgers played well. All of my final four teams are still alive which has been fun to watch! Who is your favorite team?
Thursday: Orangetheory Fitness, strength workout. Has anyone else missed the two rotation OTF classes? Recently all the classes are just one rotation… I don’t like it as much.
Friday: Off day
Saturday: 24 mile bike ride to Cherry Creek Reservoir with friends. This was a great start to the day before the Badger game! On Wisconsin!
Sunday: Fierce 45 class at their newest studio, Hilltop, rock climbing with friends, and a little bit of softball batting practice.
Monday: Off day
Tuesday: Fierce 45 class again
