Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday, meant to get this post up yesterday, but I got behind. I was in MN last weekend, and it was good to see family and friends and just hang out. With an accounting job, this was my first bout of vacation for 2017 and it was much needed. In the past couple weeks, I have been planning my schedule to hit up my favorite farmers markets. The farmers market on S Pearl St in Denver is one of my favorites, and conveniently about 1 mile from my apartment.
Hi everyone! Happy Friday. There were a few rainy days in Denver this week and I’m really happy its the SUNNY weekend. Going to a Rockies game this weekend and not much else planned, and I’m pretty excited about it. I hope to study ACE CPT training and see some friends. In other news, I got asked to be a Confirmation mentor at my church which I’m really excited about. I will be working with a middle schooler to complete her confirmation project over the summer. We will be meeting on Sunday and I can’t wait to learn more. (more…)
Hi all! I started the day with a run/swim workout combo. Now getting ready at my place and heading to Dallas after work. It’s a short trip, landing in Denver on Sunday at lunch, but I’m really excited. I’m visiting a friend for her Wedding Shower. Remember the hiking engagement story from November, it’s getting close to their wedding! Can’t wait! Well back to the series, I’m excited to share my Friday Faves #13 with you!

After a weekend in Crested Butte, yesterday felt like a serious Monday. I had so much fun skiing and snowshoeing with friends. The weather was great (aka sunny and minimal wind on the mountain). It was so fun to have a girls weekend in the mountains. When I got back from CB, I ran some errands and I did some meal prep for the week. I made veggie wild rice soup, and meal prep vegetarian breakfast burritos. Having breakfast made on Monday morning was a life saver, and it made the morning more bearable. (more…)
